POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Deliveries are made during our normal business hours (9AM to 5PM). Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for any express special delivery. We check with all funeral directors for any timed funeral deliveries with no additional fee. Hospital deliveries are made after we confirm the recipient's room number.
When the recipient is not home we will leave the delivery with a neighbor and attach a notice to the recipient's door stating who accepted the delivery on their behalf. We normally call the recipient with the number left on the order and let them know where their delivery has been left. Incomplete or incorrect addresses or incorrect or missing phone numbers may delay delivery. If the recipient works all day, we strongly advise sending the flowers/gift to their place of employment to assure delivery on their special day.
Flowers and items featured on our website only represent the type of merchandise we offer at Jeffrey's and may vary depending upon availability. As always, some fresh cut flowers are seasonal and is only available for a very short period of time. We will commit to maintain the overall color, size and shape of an arrangement. We, at Jeffrey's, specialize in customizing your one of a kind design, therefore your designs are like no other. Again, our creativity depends upon Mother Nature and her availability of flowers.
